WHERE Phillips County in northeastern Montana... Northwestern Valley County in northeastern Montana... WHEN Until 200 PM MDT Sunday. IMPACTS Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. ADDITIONAL DETAILS - At 733 AM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to showers and isolated thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area today.
