Total snow accumulations between 3 and 5 inches. * WHERE...Mahoning, Stark, and Trumbull Counties. * WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 7 PM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Patchy blowing snow is likely tonight into Thursday. Plan on slippery conditions with with slower travel likely. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rain will quickly change to accumulating snow this evening.
