Concentration of pollen grains in the air for Monday will be falling but will remain in the very high range. This forecast of lower pollen concentration is based on falling temperatures, rising relative humidity and weaker winds.
Allergy Facts
Some Australian researchers recently announced an advance which may help folks plant rye grass which is significantly less allergenic. They essentially turned off the protein in the genes which causes allergy to 90% of those allergic to rye grass. They have yet to determine if the grass holds other characteristics, such as providing feed for animals.
