Inundation of 1.75 to 2 feet above ground level is possible along shorelines and low- lying coastal areas. For the second Coastal Flood Advisory, minor coastal flooding expected. Inundation of around 2 feet above ground level is possible along shorelines and low-lying coastal areas. * WHERE...San Juan County, Lowlands of Western Whatcom County and Lowlands of Western Skagit and Northwestern Snohomish Counties zones. * WHEN...For the first Coastal Flood Advisory, from 4 AM to 10 AM PST Saturday.
