Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Freeborn, Le Sueur, Rice, Steele, and Waseca Counties. * WHEN...Until 10 PM CST this evening. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous.
