East Slopes of the Oregon Cascades- Including the cities of Camp Sherman, La Pine, Sisters, and Sunriver 1239 PM PST Tue Dec 23 2025 A return of an active weather pattern with an associated atmospheric river is expected to impact the Cascades, most notably over the Washington Cascades. Light rain favored, with amounts up to 0.5 inches (40-60% confidence) at the Cascade crest with lesser amounts found at the lower elevations. Precipitation over the Cascades will transition to snow this evening as snow levels drop to 2000-3000 feet.
