Total snow accumulations between 4 and 7 inches. Northeasterly winds gusting 25 to 40 mph. * WHERE...Western Kenai Peninsula from Nikiski to Anchor Point. * WHEN...Until noon AKST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Visibilities reduced to one half mile or less due to blowing and drifting of snow. Travel could be very difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The worst conditions will be areas closest to Cook Inlet, including the Sterling Highway corridor from Anchor Point to Clam Gulch, Kalifornsky Beach Road, and Kenai north to Nikiski.
