WHERE Portions of northeast Ohio, including the following county, Ashtabula and northwest Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Crawford and Erie. WHEN Until 730 PM EDT. IMPACTS Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. ADDITIONAL DETAILS - At 337 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE - Meadville, Cambridge Springs, Orwell, Andover, Linesville, Harmonsburg, Pymatuning North, Pymatuning Central, Guys Mills, Lincolnville, Canadohta Lake, Riceville, Hartsgrove, Roaming Shores, Saegertown, Cherry Valley, Conneaut Lake, Rock Creek, and Blooming Valley. - Thunderstorms with high rainfall rates of 1 to 3 inches per hour can quickly lead to flooding. - Please visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood for flood safety and preparedness information. WHERE Portions of northeast Ohio, including the following area, Ashtabula Inland and northwest Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Crawford and Southern Erie. WHEN Until 11 PM EDT this evening. IMPACTS Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. ADDITIONAL DETAILS - Showers and thunderstorms with periods of torrential rain rates will continue to occasionally affect the area into this evening.
