Total snow accumulations up to 10 inches. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph. * WHERE...Crawford and Southern Erie Counties. * WHEN...Until 4 PM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morning commutes.
