Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Mild temperatures through tomorrow will allow snow on the ground to continue to ripen and melt. Then, there will be widespread rain Wednesday into Wednesday night.
