-# HEADLINE -------------------- AREAS OF REDUCED VISIBILITY AND AIR QUALITY ARE POSSIBLE DUE TO WILDFIRE SMOKE TONIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING # SUMMARY -------------------- Smoke from wildfires in south Georgia will lead to areas of reduced visibilities, largely between 3 and 6 miles, from late tonight through Thursday morning. The greatest visibility reductions are expected in central Georgia, though noticeable wildfire smoke is still expected in parts of north Georgia. Visible smoke should be most prominent during the early to mid morning hours Thursday before improving by late morning and afternoon. Additionally, areas of reduced air quality are possible in association with the smoke.
