For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 17 expected. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Louisiana and southeast Texas. * WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, until 9 AM CST Monday. For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 10 AM CST Monday. * IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Use caution while traveling outside.
