An area of freezing drizzle could move from northeast to southwest across much of western and central North Dakota this morning. Should this occur, the freezing drizzle could deposit a thin layer of ice on untreated surfaces, resulting in slippery roads and sidewalks and hazardous travel conditions. The morning commute may be impacted. Motorists should check road conditions before traveling. Do not use cruise control when driving on icy roads, and leave plenty of stopping distance ahead of you.
