WHEN Through Thursday evening. IMPACTS Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. ADDITIONAL DETAILS - Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected to redevelop over portions of Deep East Texas and North Louisiana this afternoon. Additional rainfall amounts of 1-2 inches are expected across the watch area on top of the rain that fell Monday.
