Localized power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Through early Friday morning, most places within the Warning area will only experience gusts up to around 40 MPH. However, winds will increase after sunrise and peak in intensity during the daytime hours. In addition, isolated to scattered snow showers are likely to occur during the day Friday.
