Missouri River at Napoleon affecting Lafayette, Ray and Jackson Counties. Missouri River at Waverly affecting Carroll, Saline and Lafayette Counties. Missouri River At Miami affecting Chariton, Carroll and Saline Counties. # DETAILS -------------------- WHAT Minor flooding is forecast. WHERE Missouri River at Napoleon. WHEN From Wednesday evening to Friday afternoon. IMPACTS At 17.0 feet, Low-lying areas unprotected by levees begin to flood. ADDITIONAL DETAILS - At 9:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 11.7 feet. - FORECAST - The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow evening to a crest of 17.7 feet early Thursday morning.
