Total snow and sleet accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations between one tenth and three tenths of an inch. East to northeast winds gusting as high as 25-35mph tonight. * WHERE...A portion of Northern Lower Michigan. * WHEN...Until 5 PM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice and gusty winds. Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions will impact the Wednesday morning commute...and could linger into the Wednesday evening commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There is still potential for sleet to mix in.
