Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - An atmospheric river will move into northwest California tonight through Sunday evening. Periods of moderate to heavy rain with rates of a quarter to a half inch an hour are possible. Total rain amounts of 2-5 inches are forecast.
