* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 5 above expected.
* WHERE...In North Carolina, Eastern Currituck County. In Virginia, Virginia Beach.
* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 1 PM Sunday to 7 AM EST Monday. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 7 PM Sunday to 9 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Very cold temperatures and wind chills could lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
