Winds strengthening to 15 to 25 mph, deep atmospheric mixing, and very dry fuels will increase the risk of rapid fire spread. # DETAILS -------------------- AFFECTED AREA Northwest Plateau (Zone 101), West Central Mountains (Zone 105), North Central Mountains (Zone 120), and Upper Rio Grande Valley and Lower Chama River Valley (Zone 121).
