WHEN Until 4 PM EDT this afternoon. IMPACTS Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may be flooded. WHERE A portion of east Tennessee, including the following counties, Cocke, Jefferson and Sevier. WHEN Until 130 PM EDT. IMPACTS Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. ADDITIONAL DETAILS - At 929 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected over the area.
