1. How do I delete my account?
You can delete your WeatherBug account by following either of the steps below:
Send your account deletion request to customersupport@weatherbug.com. In order for us to delete your account, you will need to provide the email address you used to register with WeatherBug.
If you would like to exercise your state privacy rights, if applicable, and delete your data, you can send an email to privacyrights@weatherbug.com.
Via Email:

Or, you can delete your account through the app:
- Sign in to the app
- Go to Menu > My Account
- Click on the “Delete Account” link by entering your password and following the security steps.
